S. James Islam, Chairman & CEO:
Jim holds a BS in Marketing from Wayne State University. Jim began his career in food service with Garden Food Company in Detroit, MI. After serving in various positions at Garden Food Co, Jim became president and shareholder of Florida Food Service in 1975. He was active as the company's president from 1975 until 2004. Jim is married and has five children.

Joel Islam, President & COO:
Joel holds a BS in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Florida. Joel began his career with Florida Food Service in 1980. Joel has held positions in operations, customer service, purchasing, sales, and administration. He became a shareholder in 1994. In 2004, Joel became president and chief operating officer. Joel is married and has two children.

Steve O'Steen, Executive VP & GM:
Steve began his career with Florida Food Service in 1975. Steve has held positions in operations, sales, purchasing and administration. Steve became a shareholder and member of the board of directors in 1994. Steve is married and has three children.

Steve Barbieri, VP & CFO:

Steve holds a BS in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. He joined the company in 2004 as the Chief Financial Officer, with 25 plus years of accounting experience and became a Vice President in 2005. Steve has two children.

Jeff Islam, Secretary:
Jeff began his career with Florida Food Service in 1980. Jeff has held positions in operations, sales and administration. Jeff became a shareholder and member of the board of directors in 1994. Jeff is married and has two sons.
